By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below together with any policies referenced herein. Amazonia Hair Atelier reserves the right to modify, update, or remove portions of this website or these terms at any time without prior specific notification. Continued use of the website or placement of orders following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Hair Quality & Origin
At Amazonia Hair Atelier, we provide 100% Virgin Human Hair and 100% Raw Unprocessed Hair.
Raw Hair: Because raw hair is unprocessed and sourced directly from individual donors, no two bundles are completely identical. Slight variations in natural color (ranging from natural black to dark brown 1B/2) and wave pattern are normal and a hallmark of authentic raw hair.
Virgin Hair: Processed to achieve uniform texture and steam-created wave and curl patterns while maintaining healthy cuticles.
2. Customisation & Heat Styling
All our hair extensions and wigs are made from 100% human hair and can be bleached, dyed, straightened, or curled.
Chemical Treatments: Bleaching or lifting hair to high blonde levels (such as 613) alters the structural integrity of human hair. We strongly recommend having chemical services completed by a professional stylist.
Heat Damage: Excessive heat without proper protection will loosen curl and wave patterns over time and may cause dryness or breakage. Amazonia Hair Atelier is not liable for damage caused by improper bleaching, coloring, or extreme heat styling after purchase.
3. Order Cancellations
Standard Stock Items: You may request to cancel an order within 14 days of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom & Made-to-Order Wigs: Because our wigs are custom-crafted to order, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement before manufacturing begins.
4. Delivery & Lead Times
Delivery options and applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Bundle Orders: Estimated processing and delivery takes up to 7 days.
Wig Orders: As units are expertly crafted to order, custom processing and delivery takes up to 10 days.
Amazonia Hair Atelier assumes no liability for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs holds, or events beyond our reasonable control once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations surrounding human hair extensions and wigs:
Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the hair product is completely unused, unwashed, unbrushed, uncut, and untampered with.
Hygiene Seal & Packaging: Hair must be returned in its original condition with all bundle ties, security tags, lace (uncut), and original packaging fully intact.
Return Approval: No items may be returned without prior written consent from Amazonia Hair Atelier. Please contact support before mailing back any goods.
Return Charges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
6. Maintenance & Product Longevity
The lifespan of your extensions and wigs depends on daily care. Regular washing with sulfate-free shampoos, deep conditioning, and using a silk bonnet or pillowcase at night will preserve the softness, luster, and longevity of the hair.
7. Limitation of Liability
We try to have all information, imagery, and specifications on this website as accurate as possible. Nothing within these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.
